Welcome to The African Connection a community radio station for the African community in South London and beyond. You don't have to be African to be a friend of ours, if you can spell Africa, or your neighbour's African or you've seen Africa on T.V then your welcome to be a part of the community.

Very soon we will be transmitting  to you 24/7 directly into your living room, bedroom, car, office and computer. So keep visiting this website for the latest information about your community radio station, and also the latest in community news.

As a community radio station we intend to

• Use community radio to promote community spirit, participation and involvement
• Address community issues and needs
• Promote and disseminate the rich diversity of African culture and showcase African talent
• Tackle issues affecting young people (ages 14- 25)
• Media, IT and other forms of training.
• Finding a way to reach the isolated, the forgotten, and the marginalized and offer life changing opportunities
